SUJI ALMOND BURFI

Ingredients
½ cup Cashew nut paste
½ cup Semolina, roasted lightly
1 ¼ cup Milk
1 ¼ cup Sugar
½ cup pure Ghee
Few drops almond essence
Silver foil

Method
Put cashew nut paste, Semolina, Milk and sugar in a Kadahi. Stir well. Let it cook. When it is slightly thick add ghee and stir well for few minutes. Remove from fire and stir again for few minutes. Add essence. Take out the mixture on a greased tray. Spread evenly. Garnish with silver foil. Cut into diamond shape pieces and serve as desire.
